Rebuilding Together of the Triangle (RTT) works to develop a pool of pre-qualified contractors to support our repair program, providing health and safety repairs to homeowners in need. Skilled tradespeople are vital to our success.
Contractors must coordinate with RTT staff regarding project scheduling, materials procurement, and project permitting.
Project Summary
We invite proposals from building material suppliers and trade contractors to provide services in Wake, Durham, Orange and Chatham counties. Contracted work will include providing services on RTT job sites. RTT will select three (3) responsive and responsible building materials suppliers or contractors per trade to supply or work on projects during the period from July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020. Work will be assigned among the three (3) contractors on a basis of contractor availability, contractor service area, and staff expertise.
